He married Daisy Ann LAYSON about 1898.(171) (Daisy Ann LAYSON #1446.) Daisy was born in Jasper Co., GA JUN 1882.⁽¹⁷²⁾ She was the daughter of John Nathaniel LAYSON and Sarah. Daisy died July 13, 1945 in Empire, GA (Dodge Co.).⁽¹⁷³⁾ Obit- "MRS. W. L. ETHRIDGE EASTMAN, July 18 --Funeral services for Mrs. R. L. Ethridge, 65, who died July 13, at the home of daugther, Mrs. C.C. Hall, Empire, Route 1, were held, at Mt. Horab Baptist Church on Sunday. Rev H.T. Montgomery and Rev. M.G. Williams conducting.
