1. John¹ Kinsey⁽³²⁵⁾ #1017 was born in Pendleton Dist., SC 6/18/1807. John died 1862/1863 in AR. Grave unknown. Exact date of death unknown.

He married Susannah Ray in Habersham Co., GA, 8/21/1842.(326) (Susannah Ray #1018.) Susannah was born in SC or GA 10/15/1819. She was the daughter of ?? Ray and Mary "Polly" ??. Susannah died 1862/1863 in Old Green Howton, farm, Montgomery Co., AR. Has "new" marker in "old" cemetery in the woods. Only 3 graves have markers that can be read now. 1998

John moved to abt 1853 in AR.

John Kinsey and Susannah Ray had the following children:

2 i. William Alexander² Kinsey⁽³²⁷⁾ #1019 was born in GA 5/28/1843. Probably died in the Civil War. In the Caddo Rifles with his father.

+ 3 ii. James Dallas Kinsey was born 1/2/1845.

+ 4 iii. Jessie Sanford Kinsey was born 10/4/1847.

+ 5 iv. John Chappel (Chap) Kinsey was born 1/20/1850.

6 v. Mary Catherine Kinsey⁽³²⁸⁾ #1023 was born in AR 3/16/1859. Mary died 1/11/1952 at 92 years of age. She married Mike Thomas Peter Moore. (Mike Thomas Peter Moore #1058.) Mike was born 1855. He was the son of John L. Moore and Rebecca Lucinda Wacaster. Mike died 1937. (See Mike Thomas Peter Moore for the continuation of this line.)

+ 7 vi. Jefferson Lafayette Kinsey was born 8/23/1861.
