He married Lucinda KINSEY January 25, 1835.(53) (Lucinda KINSEY #1601.) Lucinda was born in Pendleton District, SC 11/23/1812. She was the daughter of Roland KINSEY and Margaret C. PUTHUFF. Lucinda died 1882 in Walker Co., GA. Her body was interred in East Armuchee Valley, Walker Co., GA.

John BROCK and Lucinda KINSEY had the following children:

4 iii. John W. BROCK⁽⁵⁷⁾ #1608 was born in East Armuchee Valley, GA (Walker Co.) 1841.⁽⁵⁸⁾ Fought in Civil War for the South was killed

5 iv. Mary A. Clementine BROCK⁽⁵⁹⁾ #1610 was born in East Armuchee Valley, GA (Walker Co.) April 20, 1843.⁽⁶⁰⁾ Mary died September 8, 1922 in Walker Co., GA, at 79 years of age.⁽⁶¹⁾ Her body was interred in Concord Methodist Cemetery near Villanow, GA (Walker Co.).⁽⁶²⁾ She married Asa David SMITH in Tunnel Hill, GA, January 1, 1865.(63) (Asa David SMITH #1614.) Asa was born in Williamson Co., IL 1843.⁽⁶⁴⁾ Asa died December 21, 1889.⁽⁶⁵⁾ His body was interred in Williamson Co., near Cottage Home, IL.⁽⁶⁶⁾ (See Asa David SMITH for the continuation of this line.)
